We were interviewed by photojournalist Randy Schwentker this past September regarding Strange Folk Festival. Check out the full video at KSDK.com!
Thank you so much to everyone who visited us at Strange Folk Festival this past weekend! Although it was quite a hot weekend, we hope you enjoyed all of the festivities. We had such a fun weekend, and hope you did too! We have some festive goodies planned for October and September...now's the time to get on our mailing list.
Strange Folk Festival at St. Louis Union Station was this past weekend! We had such a nice time at the new venue. It was nice seeing some fans, and meeting some new ones. The setting was quite unique; we enjoyed our booth spot by the pond.
It's always a wonderful time at Strange Folk Festival. This year was no different - the weather was perfect, the park setting was beautiful, and everyone was so nice!
We were so excited to offer some coloring pages for kids in the DIY area this year. We've also received requests for an illustrated elephant twice now, and a walrus illustration, so those two will be on the to-do list next. We had a delightful weekend at the Strange Folk Festival! The weekend featured perfect weather, and a great big thank you goes out to all of the organizers and volunteers, and all the lovely guests who stopped by our little booth.
We were so busy this year that we didn't get to see stop by all of the booths, however, there were some very talented artists. Laura Pelick is an illustrative fine artist, Sally Harless has some great whimsical animal illustrations, and Jillian Nickell has some fun, bright storybook illustrations. Also, check out this fun video from the weekend! Perfect fall weather, fun vendors, and a great crowd made for a fantastic weekend at the Strange Folk Festival in O’Fallon, Illinois. We were lucky enough to have a corner spot – how appropriate for Cthulhu’s Corner!
Matt and I enjoyed seeing the diverse and talented group of vendors this year, and had fun doing some shopping of our own. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth! We are very much looking forward to next year. |
